Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client needs into software solutions with high customer satisfaction. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to define requirements and ensure successful adoption of Sage Intacct-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and coordinate with development teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Define rollout plans for solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct and client processes.
• Develop project plans to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Train end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements and support deployment best practices.
• Collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Escalate project issues as needed and mentor junior team members.
