Job summary

ITW Alpine Division is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own product P&L and drive growth while partnering with Product Owners to ensure execution in Agile environments.

Leveraging market insights, you will define value-driven solutions, support go-to-market plans, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact results and ROI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps across product lines.
• Own product-level P&L, drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead GTM strategies and enable sales with strong positioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to align on strategy.
• Communicate performance and ROI to executives and stakeholders.
