Job summary

Rover.com is seeking a highly analytical Product Manager to join the Discovery team in a hybrid role based in the Greater Seattle area. You will own AEO/SEO growth, launch new landing pages, and drive bookings through optimized visibility and conversion across channels.

You will collaborate with engineering, content, analytics, and international teams, research and propose opportunities, and design tests with measurable outcomes. AI-assisted workflows will speed up discovery, QA, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience across technical, content, international, and multi-brand optimizations including answer-engine optimization
• 2+ years of product management or project management experience
• Experience partnering with UX and engineering to bring features to life
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to move outcomes forward
• Experience with testing, funnel analysis, and data analytics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with SQL and using spreadsheets to model opportunities
• Experience in growth product and familiarity with marketing technology and tracking tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve work and ability to judge when human verification is needed

Responsibilities

• Lead Rover-wide AEO/SEO growth as a product surface and own new landing pages to grow organic visibility and bookings
• Research ideas, formulate concrete proposals, set up and run tests, measure results
• Collaborate with content, development, and analytics teams across regions to execute projects
• Build and use AI-assisted workflows to move faster and cover more ground, including opportunity discovery and QA
