Job summary

Rover is hiring a Product Manager to focus on the Search Experience. You will balance customer empathy, analytical rigor, and technical fluency to build intuitive search features that improve outcomes for pet owners and sitters.

You will work closely with UX and Data Science to understand what makes the best match and translate insights into actionable improvements, including personalization and recommendations. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Seattle area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience focused on search or discovery.
• Experience building search features like personalization and recommendations.
• Partner with UX teams to craft great online experiences.
• Deep customer empathy and use of research/data to guide decisions.
• Proven track record delivering data-intensive products with measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand how care providers are deemed the best match using predictive models.
• Collaborate with UX and Data Science to translate insights into user-friendly explanations.
