Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SEO/AEO Manager to own the strategy and execution across organic channels, shaping how Boulevard is found and chosen.

You'll partner with Content & Web, Marketing Ops, Analytics, Product Marketing and Growth to drive MQLs, demos, and pipeline through technical audits, content optimization, and AI-enabled strategies in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with clear metrics for traffic and pipeline.
• Experience building AEO strategies and measuring citations from AI engines.
• Strong collaboration with content, web, marketing operations, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO program end-to-end including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Lead technical SEO execution: site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals and indexing health.
• Develop and optimize AEO strategy to earn inclusion in AI Overviews and citations across AI tools.
• Conduct keyword research, entity mapping, and intent analysis to prioritize content.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and AI-related metrics; provide proactive recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate organic performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Analytics, Content, Web/Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• Explore automation and AI tooling to scale editorial workflows.
