Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or related field; relevant experience considered.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation or design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame problems by engaging stakeholders and users with data-driven validation.
• Define product vision and 6–12 month roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate vision into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and write clear user stories.
• Support daily execution and respond to questions from the delivery team.
• Define and track success metrics and monitor product performance.
