Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a Product Manager for Substation Design Automation to lead a strategic initiative modernizing substation design through automation. You will define the roadmap, capture requirements, and partner with delivery teams to implement innovative design tools and workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and partners to deliver measurable business impact, track adoption, and drive digital transformation across power infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of experience in design-related fields; hands-on automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame problems with stakeholders to anchor solutions in real needs.
• Own 6–12 month product roadmap aligned with strategy and customer needs.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements and plans for design automation products.
• Manage the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features for delivery.
• Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and ROI using dashboards.
