Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Jacksonville seeks a Product Manager to drive vision, strategy and enhancements for MSP and distributed mortgage servicing products including Escrow and Special Loans.

You will translate customer needs into clear requirements and partner with Engineering, QA and UX to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires 5+ years in MSP and 3+ years in Product Management, with strong backlog management, user-story writing and agile delivery across teams to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MSP (ICE’s core mortgage servicing platform) required.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related product roles.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product vision, requirements and updates clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows and product documentation.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver software products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, pain points and product opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and strategic alignment.
• Use customer feedback, market insights and operational data to inform product decisions.
• Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance and user requirements.
• Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows and integration patterns.
• Support go-to-market, client-facing and operational teams with product expertise when required.
