Job summary

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy and enhancement initiatives for our MSP and distributed products that support Loan Administration, including Escrow and Special Loans. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements and partner with Engineering, QA and UX to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on MSP experience.
• 3+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong mortgage servicing background across Loan Admin, Escrow, and Special Loans.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities and success metrics.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability and user requirements.
