Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on MSP experience with ICE’s core mortgage servicing platform.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or related product roles in mortgage servicing.
• Strong ability to present product vision, requirements and updates to technical and business audiences.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Experience working with Engineering teams to deliver software products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable requirements.

This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in mortgage servicing with proven experience across the functional areas listed, combined with strong product execution skills that enable them to manage product backlogs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives and drive successful product outcomes in an Agile environment. This individual will play a key role in building scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, pain points and product opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and strategic alignment.
• Use customer feedback, market insights and operational data to inform product decisions.
• Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance and user requirements.
• Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows and integration patterns.
• Support go-to-market, client-facing and operational teams with product expertise when required.

Knowledge And Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MSP (ICE’s core mortgage servicing platform) required.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related product roles. Strong background in mortgage servicing with proven experience in the functional areas listed — Loan Administration, Escrow (Tax, Hazard, PMI, MIP and Escrow Analysis) and Special Loans.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product vision, requirements and updates clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows and product documentation.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver software products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable requirements.

Preferred Knowledge And Experience

• Command of the laws and regulations that govern mortgage servicing (e.g., RESPA and CFPB Servicing Rules).
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of system integrations, event-driven workflows and business process automation.
• Experience using product analytics, customer insights and business metrics to drive decisions and measure product success.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, financial services, fintech or related regulated industries.
