Qualifications

11+ years in mortgage servicing, financial services technology, or related product management roles.
7+ years in default servicing (loss mitigation) in a product/leadership capacity.
Proven track record delivering complex, regulated product roadmaps at scale.
Expert knowledge of Reg X, RESPA, FDCPA, SCRA and GSE guidelines.
Experience integrating AI/ML into production financial services products.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product roadmap for Loss Mitigation (modifications, forbearance, repayment plans).
Align vision to regulatory trends, servicer needs, investor guidelines, and borrower experience goals.
Identify and prioritize AI/ML, document processing, and decision automation capabilities.
Lead design and optimization of end-to-end servicing workflows with automation.
Decompose manual processes into configurable, auditable workflow products.
Champion STP models for high-volume, rules-based default events with compliance gates.
