Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead Loss Mitigation in mortgage servicing. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for high-regulation workflows, guiding a team of product and workflow architects.

You will drive AI-enabled enhancements, automate document processing, and ensure compliance with CFPB/Federal guidelines while partnering across operations, legal, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD or advanced degree preferred.
• 11+ years in mortgage servicing, financial services tech, or related product mgmt.
• 7+ years in default servicing with product/ops/tech leadership.
• Experience delivering complex, regulated product roadmaps at scale.
• Strong knowledge of federal mortgage servicing regs (Reg X/RESPA) and GSE guidelines.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production financial services products.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Loss Mitigation (modifications, forbearance, repayment).
• Lead design and optimization of end-to-end servicing workflows and automation.
• Define AI strategy for Loss Mitigation: AI/ML, document processing, decisioning.
• Embed compliance checkpoints and audit trails into product design.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with operations, legal, compliance, finance, and tech.
• Represent the product voice to executives and translate complex default servicing dynamics.
