Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking a Product Manager, Intake & Enrollment, to own the capabilities and workflows that support the earliest stages of the customer journey, from referral to enrollment. You will collaborate with engineering, research, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate insights into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, conversion, and service delivery.

Qualifications

4-6 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
Experience supporting referral management, enrollment, customer onboarding, lead management, or other top-of-funnel business processes.
Understanding of Medicaid programs, managed care organizations, provider networks, care coordination, and referral-driven services.
Demonstrated ability to manage product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use operational and customer data to drive prioritization decisions.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational workflows and product management effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across business and technology teams.
Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Own product capabilities for referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel experiences.
Partner with Intake, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, providers, and health plan stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities.
Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review data to uncover pain points and opportunities to improve experiences.
Monitor referral, intake, enrollment, conversion, throughput, and adoption metrics to guide enhancements.
Translate business needs and discovery findings into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, architects, and engineering to improve Salesforce-based workflows and automation.
Support product launches, training, documentation, and adoption strategies for new capabilities.
Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and partners.
Collaborate with analytics to define reporting and visibility for intake operations and product performance.
