Job summary

Unison is seeking a Product Manager to own the operations technology platform supporting lending, servicing, and customer experience. You will own Salesforce ecosystem, including core CRM, automations, Marketing Cloud, and AI agent integrations, and collaborate with engineering and business teams.

Candidates should have 4-7+ years in product management, deep Salesforce expertise, and proven success delivering integrations, automated workflows, and data-driven decisions in fast-paced financial

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in internal tools, business systems, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce experience including data model, security and sharing.
• Strong integration fluency: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, event-driven architecture.
• Proven能力 to design workflows, map processes, and reduce manual effort.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud journeys, consent management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and prioritization for Salesforce, automations, and integrations.
• Map end-to-end operational workflows across multiple teams and improve handoffs.
• Partner with marketing to enhance customer journeys using Marketing Cloud.
• Identify where AI agents can improve case deflection and documentation.
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage agile delivery.
• Establish metrics, instrument them, and iterate based on results.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-configure options to align with business priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and manage expectations.
