Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a Senior Business Product Manager, Core Systems, to own the end-to-end backlog for Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. You will drive discovery, define build-ready stories, and coordinate with RevOps, Marketing Ops, CX, and Architecture to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level-Calibrated Experience — P3 (Senior), 4–6 years in product management or related fields.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce (Sales + Service Cloud) at a requirements/configuration-aware level.
• Experience partnering with RevOps, Marketing Ops, or CX leadership on process design or systems strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end backlog for Core systems — Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds across the customer lifecycle.
• Translate lifecycle requirements into build-ready stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs.
• Maintain Jira intake and sprint hygiene; coordinate UAT with stakeholders and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Lead intake, triage, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical alignment calls.
• Collaborate across pods and cross-BU delivery teams to keep initiatives aligned with company priorities.
