Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Manager – Family Intake & Enrollment to lead the FSL team and own the family journey from initial inquiry through service start. You’ll optimize CRM workflows, coordinate insurance and funding steps, and drive lead-to-enrollment performance while ensuring families feel supported and informed throughout the process.

The role emphasizes building structured processes, coaching a high-performing team, and partnering with clinical and operations leaders to meet site growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading a client-facing team in healthcare or high-touch services.
• Proven track record in intake-to-enrollment processes and improving conversion.
• Strong CRM and communications workflow management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Family Success Liaison (FSL) team and own the family journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Oversee insurance verification, benefits education, and funding workflows for families.
• Partner with Site Directors and Operations to align intake with capacity and growth goals.
• Develop and enforce standards, templates, and reporting to ensure high-quality family experiences.
• Monitor performance, coaching, and accountability for the FSL team.
