Job summary

Finch is seeking a Product Manager for HRIS & Pay integrations to own the core connectivity and data exchange with provider networks. You will drive authentication, coverage, and data sync, partnering with engineering to ensure scalability and reliability at scale.

You'll work across product, engineering, and customer teams to grow coverage, improve data quality, and define success metrics, while delivering clear developer docs and onboarding to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B product management.
• Deep understanding of APIs, data systems, and authentication.
• Experience building developer platforms or integration products.
• Strong communication with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for turning ambiguity into concrete product opportunities.
• User-centric mindset with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve HRIS & Pay integrations across auth, coverage, and data sync.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape integration architecture for scalability.
• Define and track product metrics; use data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and Product Marketing to align feedback.
• Improve developer experience with documentation and onboarding.
• Monitor industry trends in APIs and data platforms.
