Finch in New York is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to guide customers through API integration and optimize their employment data flows. This role involves troubleshooting API issues, developing resources, and driving deeper product adoption.

Developer Success Engineers (DSEs) own the post‑sale technical relationship with Finch customers, guiding them from initial API integration through ongoing optimization of their employment data flows. DSEs drive increased usage, advise on integration strategy, and conduct ongoing architectural assessments to reduce friction, uncover new use cases, and drive deeper product adoption. They act on product feedback, surface roadmap opportunities to Engineering and Product, contribute to developer resources, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share insights from the field. DSEs help shape how the employment data ecosystem evolves.
$140,000 – $170,000 a year. Finch’s compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real‑time market data, equity for all full‑time roles with a 10‑year exercise window, and, for applicable roles, commission plans.
