Finch is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to manage post-sale technical relationships with customers. Your role will involve guiding clients through API integrations and optimizing their employment data flows. You will also analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance developer resources.

The position offers a salary between $140,000 and $170,000, along with equity options and a commission for applicable roles.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and explaining concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to context-switch across various stakeholder levels.
• Genuine curiosity about evolving employment data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Scale developer adoption and assist customers in integrating with the Finch API.
• Conduct architectural assessments of employment data pipelines.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and collaborate on improvements.
• Optimize API authentication and authorization flows.
• Maintain workflows and tooling to support DSE function.
• Enhance Finch's developer documentation and resources.
