Qualifications

• 6 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in product roles focusing on data products/platforms.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, C-CDA interoperability standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting for the data platform.
• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using FHIR and C-CDA.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams, and client partners.
• Report to the Lead Director, Data Product, within Technology.
