Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead interoperability strategy for the Signify Health data platform. You will define the product vision for bi-directional data exchange using FHIR and C-CDA, enabling connectivity between EMRs, HIEs, and our internal products.

Collaboration with data engineering, BI, clinical and legal teams will deliver scalable reporting for health plan clients. This full-time role requires 6+ years in product roles, including healthcare technology expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product experience, with 4+ years in data products or platforms
• Experience in healthcare technology
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA data exchange
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
