Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead interoperability for a health data platform and drive bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs. You will shape the vision and roadmap, ensuring scalable reporting for health plan clients and strong collaboration across data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal.

The role requires experience in healthcare data products, HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA standards, with a focus on delivering reliable connectivity to internal and external systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product-based roles with a significant focus on data products or platforms.
• Prior healthcare technology experience
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange leveraging healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA)
• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform
