Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team in the United States. You will own initiatives from discovery through delivery, shaping requirements and prioritization while balancing customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.

Collaborating with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive measurable outcomes and ongoing improvements across 3E Protect and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years PM, EHS, or regulatory experience.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or replacing business software and APIs/integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery and post-launch.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements.
• Balance customer value, business goals, technical constraints, and timing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption and impact.
