Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery through prioritization, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement across our safety portfolio.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, prioritizations, and measurable outcomes, driving value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of product management experience.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience, ideally with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or replacing business software or applications.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills translating needs to clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and improvement.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
