Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery through adoption, turning complex customer needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that address chemical and workplace safety challenges. You will shape the roadmap for 3E Protect and related services, ensuring value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or related domain.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate needs into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
• Balance competing priorities considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
• Champion the customer and business, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, retention, and measurable impact.
