3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. Help shape solutions across the portfolio, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical considerations.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes ownership from discovery to adoption, with a focus on solving complex safety challenges and driving adoption of 3E Protect and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through prioritization and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and improve business software or applications.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and validate AI outputs.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures in ambiguous problems.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, development, and post-launch work.
• Define launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for product areas.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, and workflows to inform decisions.
• Communicate direction and progress to technical, commercial, and leadership audiences.
