Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for its Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will lead from discovery to delivery, shaping solutions across the portfolio, including 3E Protect, by balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll join an established team, with leadership support and opportunities to contribute to safety-focused solutions for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or enterprise-facing experience.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery to prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and measures of success in ambiguous situations.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams solve the right problems by providing context and clear requirements.
• Define workflows and opportunities for improvement with a clear path forward.
• Own launch readiness and adoption tracking for assigned product areas.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and workflows through research and feedback.
• Use insights to inform product decisions and opportunities across teams.
