Job summary

Discovery Education is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy and delivery for the Career Connect and emerging careers portfolio. You will translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, partnering with engineering, design, curriculum, research, implementation, sales, marketing, and external partners.

You will lead customer discovery, define success metrics, and coordinate new product introductions while focusing on AI-powered experiences and educator workflows to advance student

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in digital products or platforms.
• Experience contributing to 0-to-1 product development and successful product launches.
• Experience contributing to product strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable customer or business outcomes.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, personalization technologies, or emerging educational technologies preferred.
• Strong preference for experience serving K-8 education markets.
• Experience collaborating with strategic partners or ecosystem integrations.
• Experience supporting go-to-market, implementation, and customer adoption strategies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the product strategy, roadmap, and desired outcomes for Career Connect and the emerging careers product portfolio.
• Partner with product leadership to prioritize opportunities balancing customer impact, feasibility and business value.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support delivery and adoption.
• Evaluate existing product architecture and user experiences for improvement, efficiency, and growth.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to priorities and business objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into defined initiatives, releases, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance career exploration and student engagement.
• Partner with technical teams to define AI-enabled, scalable product experiences.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategy and differentiation.
• Coordinate customer research, validation, pilot programs, and launch planning.
