Job summary

Modern Campus is seeking a Product Manager for Lifelong Learning to lead strategy, discovery, and delivery of our higher-ed platform. You’ll partner with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Services, and GTM to improve learner experience, boost registrations, and drive efficiency across North American institutions.

You’ll own the product backlog, help define KPIs, and explore AI-enabled innovations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Product Management or SaaS product development.
• Experience taking products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Experience in Agile product development.
• Strong customer discovery, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization.
• Ability to connect customer and market needs to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience making strategic trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for assigned product area.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into product opportunities.
• Define backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery and validate problems with data.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance with feedback.
