Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive adoption and deployment of AI tools across the organization. You will own end-to-end integration of AI solutions and build AI capability across academic, operational, and administrative functions while collaborating with department leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, technology implementation, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI products and Claude (Anthropic).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, including governance/privacy familiarity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI training & enablement programs for non-technical teams across SA.
• Own end-to-end AI integration projects from scoping to rollout across functions.
• Build an AI culture by fostering enterprise-wide adoption of tools.
• Manage vendor and technical partnerships with internal teams to ensure secure deployments.
• Define and track metrics to report impact to senior leadership.
