Job summary

Liaison is seeking a Product Manager to define and advance AI, analytics, and data-driven capabilities for the Othot platform, serving colleges and universities. You will translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and client teams from discovery through launch and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of Product Management experience in data-intensive or SaaS environments.
Experience launching AI/ML-powered software features and translating complex concepts into product requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product roadmap for AI, analytics, and agentic capabilities.
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and client-facing teams to translate model outputs into usable features.
Gather and analyze customer, market, and user insights to identify needs and inform priorities.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specs and development priorities.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define requirements and provide feedback.
Define product success metrics and monitor usage, adoption, and usability trends.
Support processes for bringing AI-powered capabilities from concept to release.
Develop customer-facing documentation, release notes, and training materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities, timelines, and value.
