Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Google for Education to define product goals and strategy for AI-based innovations in learning tools. You will plan requirements, identify user needs, and guide products through the entire life-cycle, balancing executive communication with technical trade-offs in AI model integration.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and UX researchers to deliver scalable solutions for educators and students globally, influencing classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating them into consumer or enterprise user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, goals, and roadmap for AI-based learning and teaching innovations across the Google for Education portfolio.
• Leverage AI tools and models to solve complex educational problems and scale the impact for students and teachers globally.
• Define and manage a product portfolio solving problems that goal high business impact for the organization and product area.
• Partner seamlessly with UX research to understand the evolving needs of educators and learners, translating those insights into clear product requirements.
• Ensure all AI-driven features adhere to safety, privacy, and accessibility standards, particularly regarding student data and learning environments.
