Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to drive patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You will operate with increasing autonomy — driving discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end execution within your domain — while collaborating with senior product leaders on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs, adoption, usability.
• Clear, concise specs and effective cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support product discovery through customer research and data analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and usability; contribute to OKR/QBR reporting.
• Triaged features, bugs, requests; connect engineering work to user experience.
• Clarify technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Escalate compliance considerations early in healthcare and pharmacy domains.
