Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap and deliver initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

As an individual contributor, you will drive discovery, prioritization, and execution end-to-end within your domain, while collaborating with senior product leaders on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise communication; ability to write effective specs.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and deliver features end-to-end within product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into specs with Engineering, Design, Data.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; escalate to senior leaders when needed.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and usability; may own OKR/QBR reporting.
