Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx who will own the roadmap for their product area, working with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver patient-centered features.

You will drive discovery and execution end-to-end, translate clinical and operational needs into clear specs, monitor KPI success, and collaborate with senior leaders on strategy to improve care and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles (e.g., program management, analytics).
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability).
• Clear, concise communication—able to write specs and drive discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners and seek direction when navigating ambiguity.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor feature KPIs, adoption, and usability; may own OKR/QBR reporting for your area.
• Optimize roadmap intake—triaging features, bugs, and requests and linking engineering work to the user experience.
• Understand technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
