Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the product roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You will translate needs into specs and drive features in an agile environment. The role requires 2+ years in product management, strong communication, and experience building healthcare/pharmacy products with data-driven capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Clear, concise communication: writing specs and driving discussions with engineers and partners.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; support discovery through research and data analysis.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests to optimize roadmap intake and tie engineering work to end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early.
