Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to drive discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.

You will collaborate with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission, influencing roadmap tradeoffs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise communication; write effective specs and drive discussions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
• 3–6 years product experience; end-to-end delivery preferred.
• Experience in regulated healthcare domains.
• Experience building products for pharmacy/healthcare services.
• Data-driven personalization or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined strategy.
• Translate needs into clear specs with Eng, Design, Data.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support discovery via customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption; contribute to OKR/QBR reporting.
• Triaged features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering to end-user impact.
• Understand technologies; articulate technical requirements and risks.
• Advise on regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
