Job summary

Fuze Health, Inc. seeks a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You will translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs, drive feature discussions with customers and engineers, and support discovery through data analysis and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in an Agile environment.
• Clear written specs and ability to drive discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support product discovery through research, data analysis, and validation.
• Optimize roadmap intake; triage features, bugs, and requests and connect work to user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
