Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive product management and business analysis experience.
• Strong process improvement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with UI design from a PM perspective.
• Customer-first mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Experience in onboarding, legacy migrations, and feature enhancements.
• Willingness to coordinate global teams and regional launches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Support customer experience automation and new feature initiatives.
• Identify and recommend features in partnership with stakeholders globally.
• Analyze deployments with regional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to launch playbooks to maximise deployment value.
• Monitor regional P&L against business case commitments.
• Define onboarding guidance to scale products across regions.
