Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute a portfolio of customer projects from onboarding to standalone launches.
• Partner with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations to drive onboarding from signature to launch and post-launch support.
• Balance multiple internal and external priorities with discretion toward customer and company goals.
• Track progress and implement KPIs to measure and improve onboarding processes.
• Design and implement innovative technology solutions and processes for existing customers across the supply chain.
