Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or 6+ years with an Advanced degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Direct experience in cross-border payments, FX, or related product strategy is preferred.
• Proven track record creating BRDs and product design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define cross-border growth strategy and client value propositions.
• Structure analyses, market sizing, and financial assessments for opportunities.
• Build market, client, and competitive analyses for informed decisions.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, user stories, BRDs, and plans.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs across regions and functions.
• Guide cross-functional teams through strategy to execution and market enablement.
• Track adoption, performance, and stakeholder feedback for roadmap refinement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
