Job summary

Transfer Solutions, a customer onboarding tool provider, is seeking a senior professional to manage the onboarding program and oversee migration from the legacy system to the new tool. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments and leading testing throughout onboarding.

You will gather user feedback, propose enhancements, and work with teams to streamline processes, ensuring efficient onboarding for new customers.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills with ability to identify process improvements.
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories is beneficial.
• Product management experience with customer-focused tools is desirable.
• UI design input to design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program and oversee migration of existing customers from the legacy system to the new onboarding tool.
• Evaluate and improve the customer onboarding process (automation has added complexity).

• Liaise with 20+ departments involved in onboarding to identify efficiencies and lessons learned.
• Lead end to end user acceptance testing and support regional product managers with new customer onboarding.

• Transfer Solutions has built a customer and product onboarding tool for a complex product called Cross Border Services.
• The tool has been in development for over two years, is in the go to market phase, and currently has nearly 50 customers using it.

Collaboration spans regional product managers, regional delivery managers, and support teams across 20+ departments

• Manage the program and oversee migration of existing customers from the legacy system to the new onboarding tool.
• Evaluate and improve the customer onboarding process (automation has added complexity).
• Gather user feedback, propose enhancements, and work with various teams to streamline processes.
• Liaise with 20+ departments involved in onboarding to identify efficiencies and lessons learned.
• Lead end to end user acceptance testing and support regional product managers with new customer onboarding.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Strong business analysis skills, including identifying process improvements and providing actionable recommendations.
• Experience writing business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) is beneficial.
• Product management experience, particularly with customer focused tools, is desired alongside process management expertise.
• UI Design: candidate is not expected to build wireframes or prototypes from scratch, but should provide informed input and feedback to design teams.
