3E seeks a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will turn complex customer needs into clear product direction from discovery to delivery, prioritization, and continuous improvement across the portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, SMEs, and operations to balance customer value, business priorities, and technical considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or a related field.
• B2B SaaS product management, commercial, or customer-facing experience, ideally with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or improving business software or applications.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create a path forward when the solution isn’t fully defined.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and success criteria.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product for planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Own launch readiness and adoption tracking for assigned product areas.
