Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team to drive ownership from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will work across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities and technical constraints.

You will shape solutions across the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services, driving measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or replacing business software or applications.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success criteria to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems by providing clear context and success criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, and workflows through research and partnership with customer-facing teams.
• Communicate product direction, decisions, and progress to technical, commercial, customer-facing, and leadership audiences.
