Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services. You will own problems from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, turning customer needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in product management, EHS, or chemical safety.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products, preferably enterprise platforms with complex workflows.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate market, customer and business needs into requirements and priorities.
• Balance competing priorities with customer value, business goals, and tech constraints.
