Job summary

3E is hiring a Product Manager for its Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating customer needs into clear requirements, prioritizing effectively, and driving adoption across a broad enterprise audience.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities while navigating technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related experience.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience with complex regulatory, content-driven, or service-based solutions.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery through prioritization, planning, and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications.
• Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined.
• Experience cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority, balancing customer needs with commercial priorities and timing.
• Strong communication skills to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance; experience with software-plus-services products.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development teams and APIs/integrations in enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and solution approaches.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems by clarifying needs, risks, trade-offs, and success metrics.
• Balance priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, technical constraints, and timing.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement and define a clear path forward.
• Champion the customer and the business, building deep understanding through research and collaboration with customer-facing teams.
• Communicate direction and progress clearly to technical, commercial, customer-facing, and leadership audiences.
