Job summary

Amazon seeks a Product Manager within the On-Road Incident Management (ORIM) team to own strategy and execution for excess auto claims handling and auto litigation support across the Last Mile network.

You will partner with Legal, Claims, Insurance, Risk, and Operations to design scalable workflows, drive TPA and insurer integrations, and measure impact on discovery timelines, data completeness, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in product management for technical products or online services.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through major product deliveries.
• Proven exposure to digital forensics or e-discovery environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for excess auto claims and litigation support with TPAs and insurers.
• Define workflows for litigation discovery and preserve evidence for internal and external teams.
• Design scalable evidence preservation and data access throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Claims, Insurance, Risk, and Ops to map end-to-end workflows.
• Prioritize requirements to improve claims intake, triage, investigation, and discovery.
• Drive integrations with TPAs, carriers, legal vendors, and case systems.
• Improve accessibility and completeness of discovery materials across the org.
• Build business cases and success metrics for discovery times and costs.
• Lead change management for new workflows, tools, and processes.
