Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of product management, product ownership, digital product delivery, technology, or related role.

• Own the product: define priorities, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for earned-first strategy and creative workflows.
• Research user behavior through interviews, workflow observation, pilots, and feedback to identify friction and value.
• Translate complex agency workflows into clear user journeys with UX and engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholders across account teams, strategists, creatives, leadership, and technical partners to align needs.
• Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Build AI-native products by defining inputs, outputs, guardrails, and evaluation approaches.
• Define data needs and collaborate on APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Prototype, pilot with users, and measure success to iteratively improve the product.
