Edelman is seeking a Product Manager to own einem core earned-first strategy and creative workflows, partnering with engineers and designers to translate client needs into scalable AI-powered products. You will work with account teams, strategists, and creatives to shape user experiences and build data-driven solutions that support client outcomes in a fast-paced agency setting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in product management, strong technical fluency, and hands-on experience with AI

Formación

3–5 years of product management, ownership, or related roles.
Experience owning complex software products from discovery to delivery.
Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and AI product development.
Strong stakeholder research and management skills to align business and tech teams.

Responsabilidades

Define priorities, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for earned-first strategy workflows.
Research user behavior through interviews, pilots, and feedback.
Translate complex agency workflows into clear user journeys with UX and engineering teams.
Manage stakeholders across account teams, strategists, creatives, and leadership.
Translate user needs into clear requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria with engineers.
Identify where AI, automation, and AI-native workflows add value to communications work.
Define data needs and collaborate on APIs, integrations, schemas, and data pipelines.
Prototype, pilot with users, measure success, and iterate based on feedback.
