Daniel J. Edelman Holdings is seeking a Product Manager to own a core earned-first, data-backed strategy and creative workflows. You will work with account teams, strategists, creatives and engineers to turn insights into scalable products.

The role requires experience with technically complex software, fluency to discuss APIs and data flows, and hands-on AI product development. You will prototype, pilot with real users, and shape user journeys across fast-paced client projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, product ownership, digital product delivery, or related field
• Experience owning technically complex software products from discovery through delivery
• Strong product judgment and ability to discuss APIs, data flows, and architecture with engineers
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and modern AI product development

Responsibilities

• Own the product: define priorities, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for core workflows
• Research user behavior through interviews, pilots, and feedback to reduce friction
• Shape the user experience by translating workflows into clear journeys
• Manage stakeholders across account teams, strategists, creatives, leadership, and partners
• Partner with engineering to translate needs into requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Build AI-native products by defining inputs, outputs, guardrails, and evaluation approaches
• Connect data to workflows by outlining data needs, APIs, and data pipelines
• Test, learn, and iterate with pilots and qualitative/quantitative feedback
